swineflu 300x186 Swine Flu & 21st Century SkillsJust a little over an hour ago, Clarence Fisher, created a great blog post about using Swine Flu to teach your students about information literacy. With the explosion of live, real-time Web 2.0 tools like Twitter, Facebook, and even Google Maps you and your students have a ton of resources right at your finger tips for documenting a real-time event, along with multiple opportunities to question the vailidity of information. Should we trust this Wikipedia page or check out the CDC Twitter account instead? Take a look at Clarence’s blog post. Its worth the read.
