Google Earth 4.3 Update

Tonight Google Earth Blog, part my personal learning network , notified readers that there was a major Google Earth Update. Take a look at the video below posted by Frank Taylor at Google Earth Blog for a quick tour of some of the new features.

Its definitely worth the download. I love the sunlight animation and street view. Sacramento also finally has a few 3D buildings. On top of that, I am pretty much ecstatic that Mac users can finally place videos in the place marks. Now I won’t have to lug around two laptops for future Google Earth presentations and rely on a clunky Windows laptop that never seems to preform as well as my MacBook Pro.
